Cezar SECRIERU was born in Romania, in Falticeni in 1962. Artistic formation at the Pedagogical State University from Chisinau, Faculty of Fine Arts. His artistic career was doubled by an inner need for research:
Cezar SECRIERU prapared his PhD thesis at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova, the Institute of History and Theory of Art. He explored the comparative aspects of the Moldovan and Romanian painting.
